What we collect
When you sign up we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, phone, company, role, LinkedIn and website, town, company size, your preferred times and days, and your answers to the screening and optional questions. We also record how you found us (a referral code or campaign tag in the link you used) and the choices you tick, with the date and time you ticked them.
Why we use it
- To review sign-ups so the room stays business owners and senior leaders.
- To invite you to lunches and, if you agreed, send the monthly newsletter and event updates.
- To plan topics and panels from what owners tell us they want.
- To connect you with a panelist, but only when you ask us to.
How we use automated tools
We use automated tools, including AI, to organize sign-ups, verify registrations, transcribe the recorded panel, draft summaries, and match you with panelists. A person reviews anything we publish.
Who sees it
We store sign-ups in HubSpot, which provides our contact database and email. We never sell your information or share it in bulk. We share your contact details with a panelist only if you ticked that box and asked to connect with them.
Recordings and photos
If you agreed, the panel portion may be recorded and photos used in recaps. Your questions are never published with your name.
Your choices
- Every email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops our emails at once.
- To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, reply to any email from us and ask. We will answer within 30 days.
